Approach Autism is an educational platform dedicated to providing resources, courses, and support for individuals and professionals interested in autism spectrum disorder (ASD) education and intervention. Our mission is to empower individuals with ASD and those supporting them through education, advocacy, and community engagement.

  • Payment Information: necessary for processing transactions, including credit/debit card details or other payment methods.

  • Course Progress: data related to your interaction with our courses, quizzes, and materials to personalize your learning experience.

3. AEOP Policies & COE (Affiliate)

Polices, Rules and Regulations.

1.  Eligibility to Become an Affiliate

a. Individuals aged 18 years and above can apply to be an Affiliate of the AEOP.

b. The AEOP has absolute discretion to decide whether to accept or reject an application.

c. Affiliate of AEOP is not an agent, representative or employee the relationship is on principal to principal basis.

d. All applications must be sponsored by an existing Affiliate.

2. Margin Payment

a. Margin for all Affiliates is computed once in a calendar month, and commensurate with the venture done in the relevant Sales month Pay outs will be issued by the AEOP to the registered Affiliates as per AEOP’s policy.

b. On receipt of monthly payout Affiliates should check accuracy of computation. Any queries in this respect should be made within 14 days from the date of issuance of payout by the AEOP in the absence of such queries the figures mentioned in the statement shall be final and binding.

c. It is mandatory for the Affiliates to provide their address and bank details. They must also send to us info mat or as per AEOP Guidelines if there is any change in their address/bank details/mobile no/ email id.

d. In order to receive Margin, the Affiliate must mandatorily provide his/her Bank Details to AUTISM EDUCATION OUTREACH PROGRAM.

3. Procedures for Dealing With Instances of Violation

The AEOP provides guidance and advice to deal with situations involving breaches and violation of its policies and these rules and regulations. The AEOP shall also take appropriate action against the Affiliate(s) involved. In the event of any violation, the following procedure needs to be observed:

a. A complaint has to be lodged immediately upon knowing about violation of any Policies/Rules and Regulators of the AEOP. The complaint must be given in writing by giving details of the alleged violation, also he/she must inform his/her upline about the complaint.

b. Upon receiving the complaint, the AEOP shall immediately notify the Affiliate involved requesting a swift response by way of a chance to explain his/her case. AEOP may in appropriate cases initiate such action suo motu.

c. In case of inadequate information, the AEOP may request for more details from either party

A person who completes the KYC (Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Cand, Passport) and fills the Affiliate Application Registration Form (the Applicant”) shall be assigned an Affiliate Number. 

d. In case an Affiliate resigns for certain unforeseen circumstances, subject to AEOP’s satisfaction, he/she may transfer the Affiliate to his/her blood relative only (proper proof and documentation required).

4. Education Plan Exchange Policy

AUTISM EDUCATION OUTREACH PROGRAM (hereinafter called the AEOP) offer Education Plan of international quality to every family of learner. If the Education Plan subscribed by the Affiliates or family of learners are of inferior quality the AEOP offers alternate plan. However, this exchange does not extend to misunderstanding the plan.

5. Reporting Policy

Though in general course of venture all Affiliates are expected to report to their Upline and guide their Downline as per mutual convenience and situational demands, all Affiliates are required to mark their classes/ sessions and presence in portal www.academy.approachautism.in.

6. Code of Ethics

Affiliates are required to observe the AUTISM EDUCATION OUTREACH PROGRAM Code of Ethics at all times The AEOP reserves the right to terminate Affiliate at any time for any violation. Upon enrollment, Affiliates are expected to pledge the following:

1. That I will follow the highest standards of honesty and integrity in the AUTISM EDUCATION OUTREACH PROGRAM Venture.

2. I will present the AEOP’s education network plan accurately and honestly, clearly portraying the level of effort required for achieving success. I shall not use misleading, false, deceptive, and/or unfair recruiting practices, including misrepresentation of actual or potential sales or earnings and advantages of the venture to any prospective Affiliate, during interaction with them.

3. I will not make negative or disparaging remarks about the AEOP, its Education Plan, officers, employees or other people and Education Plan. I will be respectful to the AEOP.

4. I will not instigate, encourage, indulge and/or guide downlines for Margin rebate/refund of commission.

5. I will not use the AEOP’s trade name(s), information, literature, advertising material, and gathering of people or other resources including Intellectual Property to introduce and promote interests of any entity other than the AEOP.

6. I will strive to ensure that my families of learners and fellow Affiliates are satisfied with the AEOP’s Education Plan and my services.

7. I will abide by the AUTISM EDUCATION OUTREACH PROGRAM Affiliate’s Rules and Regulations at all times.

8. I will not resort to any fraudulent act in promoting the AEOP’s venture at the expense of the AEOP and fellow Affiliates.

9. During education and thereafter, I will not do anything that may adversely affect the AEOP, its reputation and venture interests.

10. I shall not use misleading, deceptive, and/or unfair trade practices.

11. I shall take appropriate steps to ensure the protection of private information provided to me by the family of learners.

4. Comments and Reviews

If you leave comments or reviews on our website, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also your IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

5. Feedback

We may collect feedback from users to improve our services and offerings. This may include surveys, questionnaires, or direct communication with our team.

6. Media
